Our powder coated finish is one of the finest trailer finishes on the market. Our entire frame is coated prior to wiring or assembly, there is no overspray on the decking and the cross members are painted top and bottom, even under the boards, unlike our competition. The system utilizes a process that thoroughly cleans the entire trailer frame with a degreaser, then pre-treats the steel frame with an Iron Phosphate wash that chemically etches the frame; underside, inside, outside and everywhere. After the chemical etching, the frame is oven dried; then the engineered powder polymer coating is electrostatically applied to the frame and it is moved into a second cure oven. The trailer is then moved to a final cool down booth at which point the finish is complete. Powder coating is one of the most durable paint finishes available.
